Hope For An Ending
As humans, we can become so caught up in the issues of life. Our hearts become overwhelmed by circumstances that are emotionally draining. Quickly we find ourselves weak, seemingly having nowhere to turn. It is so easy to think that the trial you face now will have no end, let alone better than when you began. But what does the word of God say?
“Better is the end of a thing than the beginning thereof: and the patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit.” Ecclesiastes 7:8
“And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.” Revelation 22:12-13
He is the ALPHA and OMEGA, the BEGINNING and the ENDING, the FIRST and the LAST. I have no need to borrow worry, for the Wonderful Counselor has all control. I have no need to fear my end, for the Master of all creation has already been in my end. God has already prepared the way for me to walk. Jesus Christ has already overcome!
“Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure.” Isaiah 46:9-10
There is no one like our God. There is none that could even begin to comprehend the end from the beginning. His counsel will withstand trial and He will accomplish all that he pleases to do, for He is God. He is in control. He knows all, sees all, and will receive the glory for it. You see there is no room for my doubt to cloud my mind and soul. There is no need for me to allow fear to grip my heart when life gets tough. God Almighty, the King of kings, the Creator of heaven and earth, the Alpha and Omega, knows my end and has made for me a better ending.
“Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the Lord.” Psalms 31:24 Be encouraged today, place your confidence in the One who has been in your ending. No matter the trail, no matter the situation, know that God has worked all things together for a greater ending.
God’s Blessings
